Fitness- Leg Lifts -Core Workout

Leg Lifts are the perfect way to tighten and tone your core without any major friction on joints or pressure on back or neck.
Follow some simple rules -
1. Do it on a firm Mattress instead of the floor.
2. Use a cushion or pillow for neck support.
3. Ease into it start with 20 or more reps begin easy and work your way up.
4. Stay consistent do it daily take some time out for yourself .
5. Do them after dinner 1/2 hr or so later .

6. Always hydrate after.
