Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massages use essential oils extracted from flowers, herbs, and fruits to naturally enhance the benefits of massage. The therapist might use one or more essential oils based on what the client is trying to achieve, such as relaxation, rejuvenation, or stress relief. The oils are typically diluted and applied to the skin, and the massage involves gentle, flowing strokes.
