YourVibe is a supportive, interactive workshop designed specifically for teens to help them navigate today’s unique challenges with confidence and resilience. In these sessions, teens will explore healthy habits for social media use, build self-esteem, manage time and pressure, cope with anxiety, and set realistic expectations. Through engaging activities and discussions, YourVibe equips teens with practical tools to feel empowered, balanced, and in control of their lives.

In today’s world, social media can feel overwhelming and consuming. This session focuses on creating a balanced approach to social media use, helping teens recognize its impacts on mental health and make intentional choices. Participants will learn how to set healthy boundaries and use social media positively, reducing stress and comparison.

Self Esteem
Building self-esteem is essential for personal growth and well-being. In this part of YourVibe, teens will explore what self-esteem means and practice ways to strengthen it. Through self-reflection exercises and discussions, they’ll develop a better understanding of their unique strengths and learn how to foster self-acceptance and confidence.

From schoolwork to extracurriculars, teens face constant demands on their time. This session provides strategies for effective time management and ways to handle pressure with a calm, organized approach.
